Little London School has opened in a new location, in Bucharest, in the Greenfield Complex, near Baneasa Airport, after a total investment of EUR 300,000.
The official opening of the new eight-grade school is on September 1. The site has a sports field of 800 sqm, 15 classrooms, which form part of a 600-sqm building, its own parking lot of 600 sqm, a 1,500-sqm garden, laboratories, recreational spaces, a media center, dining hall and a covered gym.
The new school aims to integrate teaching methods from both the Romanian and the British school systems. “We aim for our students to gain a real understanding of the school disciplines and their interconnections, as well as the ability to apply practically and use in real life what they learn in school,” says Dana Papadima, the new school’s principal.
