Hungarian company DAfA­jbeszedA…a€˜ Holding Zrt buys mailing services firm GPV Mail Services

Dijbeszedo Holding Zrt has bought GPV Mail Services, held by GPV Group. GPV Mail Services is one of the most important players on the Romanian market of personalized mailing services. Dijbeszedo group of companies is a private company, established in 1949 in Hungary. Its main activities involve printing activities (invoices, personalized banking statements, direct mail notifications), services related to invoicing, digitalization, archiving and secured documents storage. 

The financial consultant of Dijbeszedo Holding Zrt. in this transaction was the corporate finance team of KBC Securities, coordinated by managing director Florin Isac.
