Rominserv, the general contractor of The Rompetrol Group has been selected as the winner of a USD 4 million project in Romania.
According to company information, these project‘s scope is to implement a micro zonal system that will supply drinking water to four towns in Prahova county (Brebu, Alunis, Varbilau and Slanic), towns with about 25.000 inhabitants. Rominserv officials announced that the project will be finish by 2013.
Currently, the company has ongoing infrastructure projects that are worth some USD 3 million, consisting in sewage systems, new water supply systems, rehabilitation and extension of existing water supply system.
Also, Rominserv will complete at the end of this year the construction of four storage tanks for vegetable oil, based on a USD 2.1 million agreement with Prio Extractie, a company of PRIO SGPS – subsidiary of Martifer Group .
Rominserv estimates for this year a turnover of some USD 200 million, a 13 percent hike compared to the similar period of 2009.
