Management changes take place at ArenaJobs

Francesco La Rosa (pictured) has been appointed head of the training division for ArenaJobs. He has a Master in Analogic Program Systems and one in Human Resources with the University of Milan and he has more than 20 years of senior-level experience within multinational companies such as Honeywell and Rank Xerox. La Rosa is an accredited trainer for AssoLombarda, the association of the enterprises of the Lombardy region.

Domenico Iavazzo has been appointed HR consultant for ArenaJobs. The italian-born Iavazzo is 28 years old and he has a Master in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development with the University of Turin. His professional experiences include a similar position with Manpower Spain, while he is new to Romania. He speaks fluently English and Spanish, besides Italian. In his new assignment, Mr. Iavazzo will manage a portfolio of Italian accounts, wit h a focus in the healthcare sector.
