Music Channel company based in Bucharest that has as shareholders Giovanni Francesco with 50 percent of the shares and Integrasoft (unique associate of RCS & RDS), which holds the other 50 percent, have demanded a license for the H!T Music Channel.
The demand was taken into consideration by the National Audio-Visual Council (CNA) but only received 5 votes (a number of 6 votes were necessary for granting the license) and the members of the Council proposed that the project should be ‘improved.’
“We also have the Music Channel that targets an audience between 15-34 years old, and the new channel called H!T Music Channel will target people between 25 and 49. The target of H!T Music Channel could be compared to that of VH1,” said Giovanni Francesco.
Expenses for the launch of the new channel are ‘minimal’ and will be funded from ‘personal funds and the sale of advertising space.’ The net value of the monthly expenses will be EUR 21,500.
