Emerson to be New Tenant at Globalworth Campus in Bucharest

Emerson, a global technology and software company, is to be a Globalworth tenant starting with April 2022. The company has signed a seven-year lease for a 1,100 square meter office space in the Globalworth Campus C in Bucharest.

Emerson, comprised of two global business platforms — Automation Solutions and Commercial & Residential Solutions, is committed to driving innovation that makes the world healthier, safer, smarter and more sustainable. Employees from Emerson’s Automation Solutions’ business will operate from the Globalworth Campus building, which is one of top business locations in Romania, and Emerson will benefit from the largest business community in the country: Globalworth District.

Globalworth Campus is a very ambitious project, designed to provide a balanced ecosystem in the largest office park developed in Romania. The project encompasses the highest energy efficiency standards: it is currently BREEAM Excellent certified. Also, at the end of 2021, the building obtained the WELL Health-Safety Rating. The WELL Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing building and space types focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement and emergency plans to address a post-COVID-19 environment now and into the future.
