“It is a constant concern of Skanska to track the latest technology trends in real time and to innovate, based on them, by adapting the way we develop office buildings to come up with the best solutions for the tenants’ needs. This inclination to innovation, along with the concern for well-being, are key attributes of Skanska philosophy that underpinned the development of Campus 6 and are proving to be what attracts our tenants more and more, “said Aurelia Luca managing director of Skanska Property Romania.
Campus 6.1 will have its own application with modules that can be personalized according to users’ needs. Beyond the many practical uses of the application, such as providing information about the building and its facilities, access to maintenance services, this will be a good way of networking and socializing and will encourage sustainable initiatives such as car sharing.
The Campus 6 complex is located in the proximity of public transport and will comprise four buildings with a total area of 81,000 sqm. Buildings 2, 3 and 4 will be certified WELL, and Campus 6.1 will benefit from the attributes of this certification that addresses and takes into account building users, their health and comfort, with direct implications for retention and productivity gains.
Designed as a social hub, the office complex includes spaces where tenants, employees and partners can organize meetings, work and relax. The project includes green interconnection areas equipped with electrical outlets and Wi-Fi, an amphitheater that can accommodate business and social gatherings, restaurants and cafes with terraces.
