RVA Insolvency Specialists appoints three new partners

RVA Insolvency Specialists, one of the local insolvency consulting companies, has announced changes in its ownership and management structure. Calin Andrei Zamfirescu and Stan Tarnoveanu, two of the company’s founding members, have given up their share in the company and three new partners have been appointed.

Otilia Doina Milu will join Arin Octav Stanescu (pictured), the company’s founder, as managing partner  while Simona Maria Milos and Stefan Dumitru have been appointed partners.

The three new partners have been each working for  RVA Insolvency Specialists for more than ten years.
