Chapter 4 communication agency gets new client in Romania

Chapter 4 Romania, part of the regional network Chapter 4 – an exclusive affiliate of the PR agency un Burson-Marsteller – was chosen by Lavazza, one of the key coffee producers in the world, to handle its PR activities in Romania starting this year.

Under the coordination of the Global PR and Events Department of Lavazza, alongside the Burson-Marsteller team, Chapter 4 will create and implement PR activities that can position Lavazza as a top player on the local coffee market, by enforcing its reputation in Romania in front of the brand’s various target groups.

Along with Chapter 4 Romania, part of the GMP Group, Lavazza will create a full and detailed brand communication that will develop and consolidate its unique positioning as “expert in the Italian, authentic coffee, with 120 years of experience and Italian passion, offering a large spread of coffee products and singular tradition”.

Aligned to Lavazza’s business objectives in Romania, Chapter 4 will implement an integrated communication plan that will include media and blogger relations, as well as a series of personalized projects.

Launched in 1895, Lavazza is today the sixth biggest coffee brewer in the world, with a range of over 400 products. Moreover, Lavazza is an iconic Italian coffee brand and, in its 120 years of existence, has passed through the hands of four generations of the same family.
