Forte Partners acquired 5,400 sqm land plot close to Basarab Overpass near The Bridge office project from Hercesa for an estimated price around EUR 2.5 million to EUR 3 million. The company will develop in the area the third phase of The Bridge.
The second phase of The Bridge project will be completed in the first quarter of 2019, when the first tenants announced will be moved in the building.
”For the future expansion of the project, the third phase, we acquired a land of about 5,400 square meters located in the continuation of the second building. This land will be developed according to the needs of current tenants who want to expand or future tenants who want to come to The Bridge,” Geo Margescu, CEO and co-founder of Forte Partners, states.
The Bridge list of tenants
The Bridge 1: BCR – 18,000 sqm, IBM – 12,000 sqm, 14 Lane – 1,000 sqm, Techo – 800 sqm.
The Bridge 2: UPC – 6,000 sqm, Schlumberger – 4,000 sqm, Medicover – 4.500 sqm.
Up to now, Forte Partners has delivered office project Stefan cel Mare Building and three boutique apartment buildings in central Bucharest. At present, the developer is working on a large residential project, Aviatiei Park in Aviatiei area.
The first phase of the residential project include two buildings of 176 units, from 50 sqm, to 150 sqm, that should be finalised at the end of this year. The total investment in the residential project is around EUR 37 million.
