M&A alert. Global Trade Center buys Cascade Office Building for EUR 9 mln

Real estate company Global Trade Center (GTC) has acquired the office building Cascade Office Building from Adval Properties, in a deal worth EUR 9 million.

Cascade Office Building is a type A office building with a surface of 4,300 sqm and was developed in 2004 by a Dutch investment fund.

The law firm PeliFilip worked with GTC on the transaction.

Last year, GTC acquired Premium Point and Premium Plaza office buildings in Victoriei Square area.
