Commons opens its 3rd coworking space in Bucharest in Immofinanz’s Victoria Business Park

Commons will open in October its third coworking space in Bucharest in the Victoria Business Park building owned by Immofinanz, located in Baneasa area.

The new move strengthens the company’s position in the Bucharest office space market. The other two spaces operated by the Commons have already gained popularity among small and medium-sized companies in Bucharest, currently hosting over 250 members.

Among the clients of the network are companies such as Flixbus, Glami, VICE, Avison Young, Plannable, Typing DNA, Lummetry and Founders Factory, and also non-profit organizations such as the Romanian-British Chamber of Commerce.

Commons Baneasa aims to meet the needs of companies and entrepreneurs who operate in the northern area of ​​the capital and are looking for a dynamic working environment, with a modern design and adaptable to their needs.

“We are enjoying the beautiful growth we have had in Bucharest and we are proud to host some of the most innovative and creative companies and startups in Romania. We are dedicated to continuing to provide a work environment in which companies thrive and we aim to grow the community to over 500 members by the beginning of next year, ” said David Canta, co-founder of Commons.

With an area of ​​1,200 square meters, the space can accommodate up to 200 new members, in the area dedicated to hot desk and private offices.

With the launch of Baneasa Commons, the total area of ​​offices operated by the Commons in Bucharest will exceed 4,000 sqm.

Like the other spaces managed by the Commons in the capital, the price of an office starts from EUR 190 / person and can reach up to EUR 300 / person.

Commons is a network of coworking spaces with a vibrant community, made up of entrepreneurs and freelancers from various fields of activity but also business enterprises in different stages of development.
