Wizz Air hires Romanian for CRM manager position

Wizz Air has appointed (starting April 1st), Veselin Milicici as new CRM Manager, based at its Budapest office.

Veselin Milicici has been with the company for 5 years as Regional Marketing Manager and will now be handling the CRM system development within the entire Wizz Air network. Veselin will also be responsible for media analytics and mobile applications.

“In the position of Regional Marketing Manager I’ve spent 5 extraordinary and accomplished years. During this time I’ve seen Wizz Air becoming the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe and accumulated valuable aviation knowledge. It is now time for me to take a step further and use my international experience to develop Wizz Air’s Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), an important instrument for a company working across as many markets as Wizz Air”, said Veselin Milicici, CRM Manager.

Veselin Milicici, a Romanian professional joined the Wizz Air team in 2009 as Regional Marketing Manager and over the past 5 years was responsible for various markets such as Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Macedonia, Turkey, Lithuania, Ukraine, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, France, Germany and United Kingdom. Besides country specific marketing communication, Veselin was involved or responsible for various projects at corporate level among which media analytics, SEM, brand development, marketing finance and product management.

In the marketing department he will be replaced by Ildiko Ancsan, a marketing professional with over 8 years experience in regional marketing coordination.
