Romanian actress Ana Ularu received an accolade in the Shooting Stars program of the International Berlin Film Festival.
The actress received the trophy from consecrated actor John Hurt (Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Melancholia, V for Vendetta).
Ularu was rewarded for her role in Periferic (English title: Outbound), a drama about a woman who receives a day pas out of prison and attempts to save her son from a dog-eat-dog world.
