Papa George performs for blues lovers

One of his best-known albums is “Down at the station” released in 2005. The Papa George Band has performed alongside stars such as Gary Moore, Freddie Mercury, Roger Chapman, Paul Jones, Jimmy Thomas, Tony O'Malley, Bobby Tench and Gary Husband.
As part of this initiative, Event Plus aims to bring a blues artist that has gained world recognition once every three months. So far, local blues lovers have been treated to performances by artists such as Sugar Blue, Bob Brozman, Louisiana Red and Angela Brown.
