P&G’s ‘Chance for Life, Chance for New Memories’ helps treat child heart patients

The USD 400,000 donated by the end of August went on acquiring last generation medical equipment for the second surgery unit in the institute. The funds came from the sale of P&G products. Deloitte & Touch will establish the final value of the donation, which P&G estimates place at some USD 550,000.
The remaining USD 150,000 will be used to acquire supplementary equipment and replace some old equipment as well as financing a training program abroad for one of the specialists in the institute.
