Mohammad Murad invests EUR 4 mln in a residential project in northern Bucharest

Local businessman Mohammad Murad has invested EUR 4 million in a residential project in northern Bucharest, according to Mediafax newswire. He is owns the Phoenicia hotel chain, the Spring Time fast food chain and the Mandy canned food business. The businessman has also invested in several other housing projects in Bucharest and outside the capital over the past years.

The Green Residence housing project is built in the Baneasa neighborhood on the Gheorghe Ionescu Sisesti Streeet. It features five blocks with a total of 90 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Prices range between EUR 46,000 and EUR 60,000. The project is completed and apartments can be bought starting this week, according to the same source.
