The building into which they have moved, the Baylor-Habitat House, is the result of the collaboration between the Baylor Marea Neagra Foundation which offers complementary psychological, social and medical services to young people who are HIV positive and Habitat for Humanity Cumpana, which builds and renovates homes for poor families. The home, which comprises three one-room dwellings, is five kilometres away from Constanta and its building was financed by the Abbott Fund. The building of the house gathered Citi Financial volunteers, pupils from the Leysin American School in Switzerland and volunteers of the Baylor Marea Neagra Foundation.
