Film fans don’t have long to wait until Timishort

The fourth run of short film festival Timishort will take place over 3-6 May,  in Timisoara. Movie enthusiasts, directors, producers and fans of high-quality cultural happenings are expected to attend Romania’s most important shorts event. Of the more than 400 films submitted, the best will be entered in three sections of competition, for national, international and experimental works. “Timishort brings together cutting-edge directors from around the world,” said Andrei Rus, this year’s selector and editor of Film Menu magazine. Screenings at locations such as Cinema Timis and Club Setup will be followed by a party every evening during the event, at which attendees can mix with the film professionals in town for the festival.
