The entire production crew was accommodated at the Centreville apart-hotel, on George Enescu Street. Moore and Hartnett were spotted at a small restaurant. Moore chose to walk to the hotel and admired the old historical buildings of the city, according to the daily Evenimentul Zilei.
The actress will remain in the country until May 29. She will return with Woody Harrelson at the end of the movie and they will shoot the final scenes together.
“Bunraku” is directed by up and coming writer-director Guy Moshe. The name of the movie comes from a traditional puppet theater founded in Osaka in 1684. It will combine elements of puppet theater, comics and video games.
In the film Hartnett plays a nomadic gypsy who is caught in a confrontation. Harrelson plays a barman and Moore the slave of a captain of warriors who forces her to marry him.
