TypeLess was founded by Cătălin Crisan, in Cluj, to optimize repetitive data entry processes. TypeLess, available as a stand-alone solution or as an integral part of solutions already in use, extracts the relevant information from documents and makes it available to customers as digital data.

TypeLess identifies and selects the most important data from physical or digital documents, then uses them to populate predefined fields in contracts or data management systems.

The startup automates processes such as extracting relevant information from digital invoices, or physical receipts. This data is organized according to customized criteria, and after being validated, it can be easily imported into any accounting program.

In the HR, real estate or automotive industries, TypeLess can be used to scan and extract information from IDs or passports and auto-fill employment, rental or sales contracts.

“It all began with a personal need, that I then observed in many other industries. TypeLess frees you from manual data extraction and entry whether you are an accountant, work in HR, are a real estate agent or simply work with a lot of documents and want help from artificial intelligence,” said Catalin Crisan, Founder & CEO TypeLess

TypeLess can be easily adapted and used in any industry that uses standard, repetitive data capture and processing processes. The solution has both a desktop and mobile version and can have its own interface or be integrated with already existing systems. It can only take a few hours to personalise and implement it.

By using TypeLess, current and future customers benefit from:

Up to 90% less time spent on manual data entry
An automated process that eliminates human errors
A digital, fast experience they can provide to their own clients

TypeLess is a startup founded in 2022, which already has a growing portfolio of clients from Romania and abroad, and that aims to double its turnover in 2023. TypeLess’ plans include growth in the HR, accounting and real estate verticals, developing their technology and going from MVP to MMP, and scaling outside of Romania, in countries like Switzerland or Germany.
