TotalSoft became a “role-model” in a large-scale IT modernization programme developed by Deutsche Leasing

TotalSoft, one of the leading providers of business information systems in Central and Eastern Europe, has successfully completed the migration of its solutions on a new, robust, and state of the art technical infrastructure provided by Deutsche Leasing, with direct impact on 20 international subsidiaries. The project continuously supported by TotalSoft became a “role model” for the German company that will continue to migrate other applications to this new infrastructure as part of a Global IT Modernisation Programme, named Phönixx.

During the past years, Deutsche Leasing has constantly increased its IT investments in order to achieve a modern technical infrastructure with full virtualisation, that can be easily administrated. TotalSoft was selected to be the first software partner to migrate its solutions on this new infrastructure, as part of the Global IT Modernisation Programme Phönixx. The project had a high level of complexity because it required the alignment of Charisma Leasing, Tableau BI solution, and other satellite applications provided by TotalSoft to the new infrastructure, which can be translated in thousands of hours of analysis, consultancy, and development. In addition, several solutions available in the new technical infrastructure provided by Deutsche Leasing, such as Identity Governance, Messaging Systems or Virtualisation, had to be integrated with Charisma.

The successful completion of this massive project has turned it into a “role-model” for future migrations and opened the path for new software projects that can be delivered by TotalSoft, such as upgrades or implementations of new features and applications.

More than 80 employees were involved during the migration weekend and the successful completion of the project proves that Charisma Leasing is a flexible, scalable, and adaptable solution.
