The IT company Net Communications Systems estimates a 30% increase in turnover in 2023 to 1.56 million euros, compared to 1.2 million euros in 2022.

One essential factor that influences the company’s growth in 2023 is based on the opportunity of funds available for digitization through the PNRR plan. The new funding will increase the number of managers and entrepreneurs who digitize their business activity. Also, complementary to digitization solutions, the purchase of solutions and equipment will have a significant weight in the turnover of the Net Communications Systems company in 2023. Another factor is related to the general growth in utility tariffs. Thus, outsourcing to the cloud becomes more economically efficient than keeping the equipment in the office. They also raised people’s trust and understanding of cloud solutions. Data in the cloud is automatically better protected than when it is stored locally at the company’s premises. Net Communications Systems is a Veeam, Aconis partner and offers high-performance backup solutions and short disaster recovery times.

The most important services offered by Net Communications Systems in 2022 are related to data migration to Microsoft 365.

“In 2022, we had many assignments to migrate data from local structures to M365. I believe this trend will continue in 2023 because, in addition to the suite of work applications that the M365 package offers, the licensing part of the office suite has been and will be a decisive factor. I think all cloud-related solutions will succeed in the coming period. Another service with growth potential is securing networks in the context where computer attacks have increased a lot recently”, said Florin Scarlat, CEO and founder of Net Communications Systems.

PNRR funds and rising utility prices influence technology adoption

Mainly, Net Communications company’s growth in 2022 came from two paths. The first growth pillar is related to the solutions offered to customers on the service digitization side, with a trained customer-oriented technical team. The second is represented by the sales of equipment or cloud solutions that helped them in the service digitization process. The trend is rising, especially now, by accessing PNRR funds.

Thus, the main factors that led to the positive evolution based on growth from 2022 are the optimization and digitization of the companies’ activity, the provision of post-pandemic employee mobility, and IT infrastructure security.

“I believe this trend will continue in 2023, especially in the first part of the year through the PNRR digitization projects. We have many requests for offers for equipment and IT solutions for the digitization that will be included in the projects submitted by the beneficiaries. Another noteworthy element is the demand for backup and data security services. More and more enterprises want to back up in the cloud even though they have locally implemented solutions to have data safety in the event of a disaster,” says Florin Scarlat, founder of Net Communications Systems.

The implementation of M365, with an increase of 30-40% compared to 2021, is at the top of the solutions executed by Net Communications System in the last 12 months. In addition to this implementation, migration services for small companies have increased cloud applications. Also, rising utility rates are a driving factor for cloud migration that will continue into 2023. In this context, even more, skeptical managers will move to the cloud in the coming period due to rising utility costs.
