Pluria, the B2B turnkey solution for hybrid work, launches operations in Mexico, the LATAM market with the biggest growth potential – and announces the first corporate clients signed.

With over +350 flexible work spaces in the network and an important presence in several countries in Europe and Latin America, Pluria expands its presence in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Querétaro, Puebla, San Luis Potosi and Tulum, thus marking a key move to securing the LATAM market. It is the biggest step since a year ago, with the launch in Colombia, and marks the beginning of adding another crucial market in the network and becoming the dominant player in Latin America.

“Launching in Mexico is a significant milestone for Pluria that further consolidates our presence in LatAm. The country is a leader in terms of remote work adoption, driven mainly by an absolutely amazing startup ecosystem. But it is also easy to see how Mexico is a key remote talent hub, primarily for US companies. We are now here to help those visionary organizations manage their distributed workplace and become even more agile and fit for the future of work. The early demand exceeded our expectations, with our solution already being used by several companies in Mexico”, said Andrei Cretu, Co-founder & CEO of Pluria.

With a strong presence in Colombia, where the company first entered Latin America, Pluria now focuses on consolidating its presence in Mexico and looking forward to other markets in the region: Brazil, Peru, Chile.

Mexico in particular is familiar with the work from anywhere trend and exponentially grew fast to meet the demands of local companies or employees from abroad who move there temporarily. The launch in Mexico paves the road for the current Pluria clients from Europe or Colombia to expand in a market that has the biggest growth potential for them, as accessing the service allows them to recruit talents in any country where Pluria is present.

“With the opening of Mexico, in addition to the already existing Colombian market, the infrastructure is now in place for any European entity to have an agile launch in LATAM, without worrying about the office infrastructure. Moreover, managing remote teams while still offering them access to proper work spaces has never been easier. We hope to pave the road for a rapid and risk free expansion for European companies in these markets with an amazing pool of talent”, said Gabriela Draghia, Co-founder & CRO of Pluria.

As a Romanian-born entrepreneurial adventure, expanding in Spain, Portugal and LATAM proves that Romanian businesses benefit from the same opportunities globally like other big players. FintechOS, Bristol Myers Squibb, Danone, Primark, PwC and other companies are among the clients that are offering their employees a service considered nowadays as essential by companies, and viewed by employees as a much sought-after benefit.

In Romania, the first country where Pluria launched, there are almost 100 work spaces in 11 cities that can be accessed anytime through the mobile app. Pluria clients can book flexible offices anywhere in the network, either individual desks for their employees, or meeting rooms and private offices.
