Chromosome Dynamics is preparing for Private placement with GOLDRING and NNDKP

Chromosome Dynamics (CHRD), developer of agribusiness-oriented IT & AI solutions, is preparing a private placement of shares for the last quarter of 2021, which aims to raise the amount of 1.000.000 EURO from investors. These investments will help accelerate the development of the company’s projects, internationalization, purchase of goods for Agrobazar App, promotion, staff hiring, investments in software and hardware modules interconnected with our own artificial intelligence solutions.

The private placement and the necessary operations will be mediated by SSIF Goldring, the intermediary of the Romanian entrepreneurial companies, and NNDKP from the position of auditor.

With 23 years of experience on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, GOLDRING is one of the most active brokers in the area of attracting capital for companies, through listings of shares and bond issues, since 2015. GOLDRING offers companies access to trading on BVB market and international markets in Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Hong Kong and Tokyo.

For over three decades, NNDKP has been handling the trading of companies globally and regionally. NNDKP has completed the privatization of a company for a record amount in Eastern Europe and is the partner of companies which succeed.

With a turnover of over 700,000 euros after the first year of activity, Chromosome Dynamics (CHRD) develops integrated solutions, oriented to the needs of farmers and agriculturists for technologize 4.0 for agribusiness. CHRD is a company with fully Romanian capital created in 2020 by Ionel Mugurel Gabriel, who announced in the spring of 2021 that he intends to be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

“This is the time to scale the business and expand, and the investments we will make by raising capital will accelerate the company’s development. Thus, we will generate the forecasted growth for 2021, of 400% at the level of turnover, and we lay the foundations for the development in the following years so that, at the end of 2023, we will increase the turnover up to 30 times compared to 2020 “, says the entrepreneur Ionel Mugurel Gabriel, with over 10 years of experience in agribusiness.

The AGROBAZAR application is the first project of the CHRD company, which reconfigures the way the consulting-sale-purchase process is currently carried out by bringing on the global market some IT solutions interconnected with AI hardware and software. Agrobazar is a one stop shop for Romanian farmers. Agrobazar provides farmers and vegetable growers advice on agribusiness, machinery and inputs: seeds, pesticides, fertilizers and agricultural machinery. To date, Agrobazar has reached 10,000 users and over 300 independent consultants registered to provide specialized advice to future users of the application. This year the Agrobazar application will be available for download in the Play Store (Android) and AppleStore (iOS).

We want to sell the Agrobazar application on the “as a service” model in Hungary, Austria, Germany, Poland and Italy. For 2023, the development of hardware solutions interconnected with the Agrobazar application is scheduled, in order to accurately identify the problems faced by farmers, respectively to offer real-time solutions, such as complex plant treatment plans, directly in the application.
