Adobe Romania increased the annual leave duration to 25 days for all employees.

During the pandemic, we introduced an additional benefit of extra annual days off for the entire company. Starting this year, we have increased the number of paid vacation days to 25. Additionally, national holidays that fall on weekends are compensated by additional days off on the preceding Friday or the following Monday,” added Cris Radu.
