TotalSoft, one of the leading providers of business information systems in Central and Eastern Europe, recorded a 16% increase in turnover for the first six months, comparing with the same period last year. In addition, the company exceeded the threshold of 600 employees following the recruitment of over 100 specialists in the last 6 months. The growth of the team, by attracting new talents from various areas of specialization, comes in support of the business strategy, namely the continuation of investments in new and existing products and the expansion of the partnership program, through which the company aims to create an ample business ecosystem.

TotalSoft is continuing to attract business partners, technology partners and strategic partners, in order to strengthen the delivery capabilities for Charisma solutions, and to increase customers’ satisfaction. The process has extended to international markets and is backed by an increase of product investments with over 35%. The outcome confirms expectations, as the income from SaaS products increased by 50% in the past 6 months and approximately 60% of turnover is represented by recurring revenues.

The team is essential for achieving this goal and among those who have joined TotalSoft in recent months are software developers, technical and business consultants. The main elements that have facilitated the attraction of valuable resources and supported the recruitment effort are the work flexibility and the diversity of talents. Thus, TotalSoft searched for a wide range of skills, but also a wide range of characteristics, such as age, physical location, disability, citizenship, etc., which helped expand the geographical area for recruitment. Therefore, among the new employees are also people from Ukraine.

„The situation in Ukraine has led us to get involved in supporting refugees not only from a material point of view, but also from a professional perspective. Thus, we offered them the opportunity to learn a new profession in IT, to get a job in Romania and to be able to support their expenses. All this was done with the help of our colleagues, who were personally involved through donations and as trainers in paid internship programs dedicated to Ukrainian citizens”, said Gorkem Tursucu, CEO of TotalSoft.

On June 20th, the first intensive training program for technical consultants / SQL developer was launched which brought together Ukrainian citizens. Within the project, their previous education was not relevant, the requirements being limited to only a minimum knowledge of English, in order to facilitate the communication with the trainers, and their desire to acquire new skills. At the end of this paid internship, the students became active parts in TotalSoft teams where they will continue their professional ascent.

These accelerated career programs are designed for all those who want to develop their consulting and development skills. The interested candidates can apply on careers.totalsoft.ro/contact/, by filling out the code „#bootcamp” in the comments field.

TotalSoft Bootcamp, thousands of applicants

The company will continue in 2022 the programs which have already become a tradition and in which dozens of juniors can develop their careers in IT. Grouped under the name TotalSoft Bootcamp, the programs will bring together over 50 juniors this year, selected from thousands of applicants. At the end of two months of intensive training, the juniors can become programmers or consultants in the company’s teams. By the end of the year, TotalSoft aims to reach approximately 650 employees.
