Fairo launches new invoicing functionalities for all customers

Fairo, the application which helps freelancers to simplify administrative tasks and manage their business finances, has upgraded its invoicing tool by launching 2 new functionalities: generating receipts for cash payments and the QR codes on invoices issued with Fairo.

The functionality by which you can generate receipts for cash payments is available to all Fairo customers, holders of PFA, PFI or SRL. In just 30 seconds they can issue professional receipts to clients which are about to pay a previously issued Fairo invoice in cash. The application stores issued receipts with the corresponding invoice and allows customers to download them any time. In this way, Fairo enables its user-base to keep their invoices and receipts tracked and organized, which helps them stay prepared for potential controls by the tax office.

“A quantitative research that we ran with 268 representatives of PFAs, PFIs and SRLs indicated that more than 60% of our target audience receives cash payments relating to their business at least several times a month. Thus, we wanted to swiftly offer this essential functionality to all our users to simplify their business administration with Fairo”, says Igor Prerovsky, CEO of Creative Dock Austria.

The second functionality launched involves that all invoices generated with Fairo come now with a QR code which enables a more convenient invoice payment process for clients.

The QR codes include all the payment details relevant for the recipient to pay the invoice. From now on, clients receiving a Fairo invoice can simply scan the QR code with their banking app, have the payment data prefilled, and thus, quickly initiate the payment without having to input details manually.

These two functionalities were added to Fairo’s invoicing tool, which is available to all Fairo customers, including subscribers to the free plan Fairo GO and the premium plan RUN.

Fairo customers on the GO plan can issue cash receipts for corresponding Fairo invoices for up to 5 clients. If they wish to issue invoices and cash receipts for more clients they can upgrade to Fairo RUN for 4,99 lei per month.

Fairo launched on the Romanian market in August 2021 and currently has over 5.000 customers. With Fairo, freelancers enjoy creating invoices in 60 seconds, on the go, in multiple currencies and languages. The FairoSync invoice-payment pairing technology ensures that Fairo customers are always up-to-date with which of their client invoices have been paid, are overdue or outstanding. Exclusively for PFAs and PFIs, Fairo recently launched a tax calculator, which helps them find out with just a few clicks the amount of taxes they need to pay, including income tax, as well as social (CAS) and health insurance contributions (CASS).
