New Business Dimensions announces the implementation of a modern customer management solution at BCR Social Finance IFN. The Grafs Collection platform includes multiple automation elements and eliminates the manual processes of collecting, aggregating and processing the usual data of their company’s customers. The Grafs application provides users with all the necessary data for performing the activity, as well as detailed reports.
BCR Social Finance IFN, part of BCR and ERSTE group, provides financing and business education for entrepreneurs in Romania. BCR Social Finance acts as a social enterprise and does not distribute dividends, being actively involved in the development of the social economy and the digitization of small businesses. In an constantly changing world, speed in carrying out activities and finding the right solutions are essential. Thus, through the platform developed by New Business Dimensions, BCR Social Finance has assured the increase of operational efficiency and the support of business decisions. The project implementation took three months and was released 100% remote.

The platform developed by New Business Dimensions can be implemented on the customers IT infrastructure, or accessed from the cloud, as a service. Thus, companies can benefit from advanced credit collection functionalities in any desired scenario: capital investment (Capex) or operational expenses (Opex). The solution works on both Oracle and Microsoft technology and provides secure access to data.
