St.Patrick’s day celebrated across Romania

Saint Patrick’s Day, also Ireland’s national day, is celebrated on March 17. Globally, millions of people are celebrating, every year, St. Patrick’s Day, together with the Irish.

In Romania, Guinness celebrates St.Patrick’s day in pubs all over the country, through out the week-end March 15-17. The brand aims to bring the spirit of the Irish parties in the biggest Romanian pubs, preparing a series of surprises in “Paint the Town Black” style.

Around 25 cities in Romania, among which are Brasov, Sibiu, Ploiesti, Constanta, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Timisoara, Oradea, Craiova and Bucharest, will take part in this event.

If you celebrate St. Patrick’s in Bucharest, a concert will take place in the Old Town on March 17 held in collaboration with the Irish Embassy, followed by more Guinness parties and surprises.
