Tourists who want to enjoy a beautiful weekend in the mountains, more precisely in the mountain resort of Sinaia, are welcomed with the folk festival Sinaia Forever, as well as a classical music concert at the Peles Museum. The concert is delivered by Japanese winners of the Romanian International Music Competition.

The Peles Museum concert will take place on September 29, at 17.00. It will gather the Japanese participants at Romanian International Music Competition, an event that helps young Japanese musicians to gain international notoriety.

The lineup of the event consists of violinist Mayuko Yshigamy (in photo), soprano Ayuko Yoshikuni, saxophonist Hiroko Yamakawa, accompanied by pianists Shoko Ota and Romanian Livia Tudor. They will interpret the opuses of Ludwig van Beethoven, Charles Gounod, Ottorino Respighi, Fernande Decruck and Sadao Bekku.

The event is held by invitation only, with a previous subscription at the Peles Museum. More details about the event on the official website of the Peles Museum.

The 19th edition of the Sinaia Forever Festival will feature this year concerts and a film festival. Moreover, this edition will mark one hundred years since the construction of the city’s Casino, one of the best known buildings in Sinaia. On this occasion tourists will be given guided tours of the Casino free of charge. The Sinaia Forever Festival started today and will finish on Sunday.
