How would it be to work near the largest shopping mall outside of Bucharest, to enjoy discounts in its food court, restaurants and stores, and at the same time be able to get your travel passport or driving license without wasting time waiting in endless lines? Upon the integration of Iulius Mall in Openville, the mixed-use project developed by the IULIUS Company in Timişoara, and the grand opening of the first office building, all the services in the shopping center have been relocated on a single level, so that the office building employees and the clients can find them more easily.

The Openville Timişoara mixed-use development is addressed to people who seek to find a balance between work, everyday shopping, leisure and social interaction – elements which they wish to find in the same place, without openville 2having to run around from one place to another. It is precisely for this reason that Iulius Mall Timişoara, a part of the project, comes to the assistance of active people who wish to save time while running various everyday errands and provides dozens of services, all located on the upper floor of the shopping mall.

The approximately 1,200 employees in the UBC 2 office building and the clients of Iulius Mall now benefit from the immediate access to a variety of services, ranging from medical polyclinics, kindergartens and cleaners to bank branches, insurance brokers, travel agencies and others.

KINDERGARTEN, SPA CENTER AND PUBLIC SERVICES – ALL ON THE SAME FLOOR

In addition to this, they can also run various administrative errands very quickly and effortlessly owning to the public institutions that have chosen to relocate their public relations operations in the shopping mall. Consequently, the Examination Office and the Exam Room for Obtaining the Driving License, the Driving License Issuance Office, the Vehicle Registration Office, the Romanian Postal Service and the Fiscal Directorate for Taxes and Charges are all located in the same perimeter, on the upper floor of Iulius Mall. The Timiş Passport Issuance Service is also located here.

The upper floor of the shopping mall also accommodates service operators providing beauty and wellness services, such as: spa and massage salons, tanning salon, body remodeling beauty salon, hair styling and manicure salons.

The people working in the UBC 2 office building also have access to a kindergarten and an educational center for their children, as well as a barber shop. In addition to this, in the same building they go to work to, the employees have access to a medical polyclinic, banking institutions and stores.

DISCOUNTS UP TO 25% IN OVER 100 STORES IN IULIUS MALL TIMIŞOARA

In addition to having their offices within a stone’s throw from dozens of services, the 1,200 employees working in the UBC 2 office building also benefit from discounts as high as 20% for such services based on membership to the “Partner Card” program, which was specially created for them.openville 3

Moreover, the food court operators offer discounts as high as 15%, the restaurants designed special menus for their lunch breaks and offer up to 20% discounts, and the same goes for the cafés in Iulius Mall. The occupants of UBC 2 can also enjoy discounts as high as 25% when shopping in stores that retail clothing, footwear and accessories.
