TriGranit enters St. Petersburg with EUR 500 million

TriGranit Group is also going to develop a large-scale media center, the Telefabrika complex on Vasiljev Island, which will be a full service film studio. It will incorporate underground parking facility, hotels and retail units. The project will be built on the site of a former tram depot. TriGranit intends to keep and renovate the old buildings that are of architectural significance.
The total required investment of these two projects is over EUR 500 million.
