Tiriac Imobiliare hires foreign consultant, looks at expanding team

“We are planning to hire, in all our business departments, competent professionals, with minimum five years of experience in real estate, who are used to tight deadlines and who have negotiation abilities,” said Ion Alexandru Tiriac, the shareholders' representative of Tiriac Imobiliare. The firm is currently developing several residential, commercial and mixed projects. It estimates the value of its investments will reach EUR 900 million by 2010. Tiriac Imobiliare is developing Stejarii and Residenz residential projects, the Civis Center malls in Brasov and Timisoara and a network of TiriacAuto showrooms in Piatra Neamt and Suceava, the latter due for completion within the coming months. Tiriac Imobiliare is part of Tiriac Holding, a company created and owned by local businessman Ion Tiriac. The former tennis player was included in this year's Forbes list of the richest Eastern Europeans.
