“Tiny House Festival is not just an event, but a growing movement that reflects current market trends in modular and alternative housing. The success of the first edition last year in Râșnov, where we welcomed over 14,000 participants, showed us that there is enormous interest in these innovative solutions that complement conventional tourism. Built from durable materials and adhering to strict construction standards, these units offer remarkable comfort and a much quicker return on investment compared to conventional accommodation, with models offering a minimum annual yield of 12%-15%.

Each unit comes fully equipped, with one, two, or even three rooms, a kitchen, a living area, and a bathroom. Prices for these innovative homes start at just 6,900 euros + VAT, making them extremely accessible for anyone looking to invest in a modern and sustainable vacation home. An example of a smart investment is a 40 sqm modular home, fully equipped, including two rooms, a bathroom, an open space living room with a kitchen, equipped with installation and climate systems, priced at 25,000 euros.
