The Spanish entrepreneurs Tomas Manjon, David Tortosa și Diego Stuick, who created the constructions group Mantor in Romania, have launched the real estate development company Homing Properties.
Homing Properties already has 2 premium projects in Pipera: Trastevere (on 84 Erou Iancu Nicolae Blvd.) which is soon to be finished and Triana (on 146 Pipera Road) on which constructions has already started – both created according to the Spanish cooperative model. The Spanish entrepreneurs also bought a land in the center of the capital.
With an estimated investment of EUR 14 million, Trastevere and Triana, residential boutique complexes with a total of 104 two-room, three-room, four-room and penthouse apartments, offering facilities such as swimming pool, fitness room, garden, playground for children, underground parking, are in the immediate proximity of elite educational institutions, shopping centers and sports clubs.
Trastevere is currently the residential complex with the largest rooftop pool in Bucharest, with an area of 40 sqm.
”We initially started with a construction business, Mantor, but our real estate experience has led to an expansion into the real estate development area. The first residential complex, Trastevere, was a success and we continued with the second phase. We want to strengthen our presence on the premium real estate market in Bucharest,” says Tomás Manjón, one of the founders of Homing Properties.
”The new company is called Homing Properties because our passion is to build that place called ‘home’ for our customers. We focus on the premium segment where we use the solid experience of our team that has been in this industry for over 15 years on both the Spanish and Romanian real estate market, being acknowledged as a benchmark in our field,” adds Diego Stuyck, founder of Homing Properties.
The Mantor Group was created in Romania in 2015 by the three Spanish entrepreneurs, Tomás Manjón, Diego Stuyck and David Tortosa, and is now made up of Facilitec – specialized in Property and Facility Management, Mantor General Contractor – Construction Company and Homing Properties – real estate developer. In total, the three companies have a cumulative turnover of approximately EUR 12 million and 60 employees.
