The Riviera Hotel in the Mamaia Black Sea resort has been put on sale by its owners, the Tudor family from Ramnicu Valcea, for EUR 20 million. The family has had several failed attempts to sell the hotel over the past few years, for the same price, according to profit.ro.
The three-star hotel is 14-storeys high, has 242 rooms and is located at the heart of Mamaia, only 25 meters away from the beach. The owners say that it was fully refurbished in 2015.
Riviera also has a restaurant, a pool, a bar and several conference rooms and is the tallest hotel in Mamaia.
The hotel has 167 standard sea-view double rooms, 56 VIP sea-view double rooms, 14 VIP studios, 2 apartments on the top floor and 3 Family Suites.
