SPEEDWELL signed a lease agreement with Swiss Coffee, the official importer of JURA for Romania welcoming yet another strong international brand in the MIRO office building, in Baneasa, Bucharest. Swiss Coffee will occupy a total of 170 sqm, a space that will be covering showroom, office and service centre functions, exclusively for the Swiss brand JURA.

This lease brings MIRO to an occupancy of 86%, leaving approximately 3.000m2 surface available for rent on its prestigious top floor.

The brand JURA, operated by Swiss Coffee, is the newest name joining an eclectic mix of tenants, after signing a deal with SPEEDWELL. The new tenant has rented a total of 170 sqm. The area will serve as a new showroom, service, and office location.

Swiss Coffee is focusing exclusively on the brand JURA in Romania, as a leading global provider of fully automatic coffee machines and accessories to coffee lovers, offering solutions for home use as well as professional usage such as in offices. Founded in 1931, JURA offers products that emphasize convenience, efficiency, simplicity, and performance through technology.

In the context of its expansion in Romania, Swiss Coffee has decided to relocate its offices from Otopeni to MIRO, the office building SPEEDWELL delivered at the end of last year.

Located in the Baneasa neighbourhood, MIRO provides easy access to the northern area, the city center, and the airport. Thus, JURA will benefit from a strategic location close to suppliers and clients.

Since innovation, quality, and sustainability shape the DNA of JURA, the brand is a perfect fit for MIRO. Together with ROVERE and NEOCLINIQUE, the new format creates a high-end retail mix. Furthermore, KPMG, CEGEKA, COS, EATON, STRADALE, SPEEDWELL and MITZU are other reputable tenants that have gathered under MIRO’s roof.

MIRO offers a total of 23,000 sqm of A class office spaces, with floor plates of over 4,500 sqm and numerous car parks managed through a smart parking system. Since well-being is a focus of the project, the building achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating and a WELL certification.

We are excited to welcome JURA as a new variety and outline such an interesting group of brands, here at MIRO. The fact that JURA is an advocate for high-end design and sustainability, is a one of the many reasons we are happy they have chosen MIRO as a location for their brand. We are looking forward to building a strong partnership with the company and to many other collaborations.” stated Didier Balcaen, CEO and Co-Founder at Speedwell.

When people choose a premium product, there are both rational and emotional aspects involved. This starts with the buying process and will be accompanied throughout its lifetime by a devoted customer support. Therefore, it is crucial for a well-known brand such as JURA, to have a close look where to have the interaction with its customers and partners.

With the new premises we will not only be able to fulfill the functional expectations from JURA to any sales and service offers, but also to develop a welcoming and stylish shop to increase customers’ experience in the heart of the most visited commercial area.” stated Delia Dumineca, Sales Manager at Swiss Coffee SRL.
