The built area of the apartments within the projects ranges from 67 to 220 sqm. Prices average out at EUR 1,550 per sqm. Most of the apartments which have been sold so far are two- and three-room homes, according to Colliers.
The Asmita Garden project, consisting of seven towers with 16, 20 and 24 levels, is being developed over 27,000 sqm of land and is estimated at EUR 100 million worth of investment. The project caught the interest of investment fund Charlemagne, which invested in it last year.
