Sales of 53 million euros for Nordis Group since the beginning of the year

Nordis Group, the only developer of premium hotel and residential complexes in Romania, recorded sales of 53 million euros between January and August 2021. The over 550 properties purchased are part of the Nordis Mamaia, Sinaia, Brașov and Nordis View projects.

A percentage of over 50% of the apartments was sold in the Nordis Mamaia complex, both in the buildings developed in the first stage and in the second stage of the project. The latter was launched for sale only a month and a half ago.

More than 550 units, such as studios, two-, three- and four-room apartments, were purchased this year. Most sales took place in August, in the middle of the summer season, when more than 200 properties were sold.

According the statistics on the profile of Nordis customers, over 88% of buyers also have other investments in real estate. At the same time, a percentage of 67% of them are entrepreneurs or managers.

This year, Nordis Group launched for sale the second stage of the Nordis Mamaia 5 ***** project, which includes 1,000 residential apartments and many facilities without competition on the Romanian coast: multipurpose hall with 1,000 seats, premium casino, promenade, outdoor swimming pools, medical recovery center, commercial premises and food court.

This summer, Nordis started the construction of two important projects: Nordis Sinaia 5 *****, located in the resort of the same name, very close to the ski slope and with a beautiful mountain view and Nordis View 5 *****, the premium residential building on the Fabrica de Glucoză Road in Bucharest, which benefits from professional and leisure activities.

In October this year, Nordis Group will start the works for the Nordis Brasov complex, the 5-star hotel and residential project that will be developed on Drumul Poienii.
