S+B Gruppe signs three new tenants for Pipera Business Tower

S+B Gruppe has signed three new tenants for class A office building Pipera Business Tower. Retailer Lidl and construction company PORR will base their offices there, after renting 3,000 sqm and 1,000 sqm respectively. A medical technology company active in Romania has leased another 500 sqm. With the existing tenants – Voith Siemens and Agility – the building has reached an occupancy rate of 60 percent. The 13-level block has a total leasable space of 13,000 sqm.

Austrian developer S+B Gruppe currently has projects in Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland and Romania.
