RomReal holds EUR 148 mln assets in Romania, focuses on Constanta

In Constanta, it is working on three residential developments totaling 530 housing units. “Our focus remains on the Black Sea coastal city of Constanta in Romania,” said Kjetil Gronskag, the group's president.
RomReal has started planning for four further developments with a combined gross built area of around 400,000 sqm in Romania, where it plans investments worth EUR 1.5 billion by 2014.
