The EUR 75 million residential project was built in two and a half years from August 2007. The developer has announced the start of delivery of the apartments in the project, a process which should be completed by December this year. The compound was previously called Romfelt Plaza but was re-branded as Doamna Ghica Plaza. It comprises 616 apartments, from studios to four-room homes in nine blocks of flats. The project was built in a single phase, and the developers have teamed up with Alpha Bank in offering loans to potential buyers. Romfelt Plaza has several Romanian investors among its shareholders, such as Dan Pascariu, president of UniCredit Tiriac Bank, Cristian Sima of WBS Holding brokerage firm and writer Adrian Lustig. Slovakian firm Aktiva Nalozbe owns 45 percent of Romfelt.
