November marks for the real estate developer STC Partners the beginning of the construction works for the first phase of Quartier Azuga residential complex, located in Doamna Ghica area.

The first phase of the project will include two buildings with a total of 93 apartments, from double studios to 4-room apartments, including apartments with gardens or penthouses, and will be completed in the first half of 2024 with the first residents expected to move in the third quarter of 2024. Launched in August this year, the project’s first phase is 30% sold with certain types of units already sold out.

“We are glad to start the construction works of the first phase and are delighted with how well the market appreciates our project. We have an experienced team and professional collaborators, selected following a rigorous process, which will help us complete the project’s development to the highest quality. We, STC Partners, want to become a standard of professionalism in this area of activity and we will manage to achieve this through the delivered projects”, explains Adi Steiner, Managing Partner, STC Partners.

The sales of the Quartier Azuga project are handled – exclusively – by the real estate consulting company Crosspoint Real Estate.

“The strategy agreed with our partners was to create a “landmark” concept in an area with great growth potential. Until now, most of the apartment acquisitions are represented by final customers who have chosen Quartier Azuga for the variety of facilities and the sustainable alternative that the project offers in terms of energy efficiency”, adds Alin Popa, Business Development Director, Residential, Crosspoint Real Estate.
