Speedwell launches sales for the third and last phase of TRIAMA Residence, the residential compound developed in Bucharest. This comes as a natural step after obtaining the building permit and selling the available stock of units of the first two phases of the project.

TRIAMA Residence, the residential ensemble developed by SPEEDWELL in eastern Bucharest, consists of three separate buildings and a total of 202 apartments.

After selling 95% of the available stock in the first two buildings of the compound, SPEEDWELL has launched the third one. This also is the last stage of the overall project as the third building will complete it. The developer has recently received the building permit for this phase.

The new stock of apartments includes high-quality, yet affordable 2 and 3-rooms units, with efficient layouts, spacious terraces and a 2.75 free height. The last phase of the project will offer a total of 67 apartments, underground parking spaces and a children playground available for all the TRIAMA residents.

Located on Baia de Arama Street, near Basarabia Boulevard and just a few-minute walk away from Costin Georgian subway station, TRIAMA Residence benefits from a well-connected location. It offers easy access to various means of public transportation and road networks, including main points of interest such as Mega Mall shopping centre, the National Arena, parks, and schools. A Profi convenience store can be found at the ground floor of the first building of the project.

“We are excited to be getting closer to the finish line with our project, TRIAMA Residence. We wanted to offer a high-quality living solution to those that are fond of this area and offer an alternative to those who were not familiar with it yet. We think we managed doing that and we are happy to see that our clients appreciate it. It’s a project that will create a bigger community and will contribute to reshaping an area that’s growing”, stated Jan Demeyere, Architect and Co-Founder at SPEEDWELL.

Phase 1 of the project has been sold out and homeowners have moved in, in the first half of 2021, while the stock of apartments in Phase 2 is almost completely sold and the construction works are undergoing, in an advanced stage.
