PSC GROUP announces sales of 90% of the first phase of WIN Herastrau residential complex and the start of sales in phase II

PSC Group announces the sale of another 120 apartments in the WIN Herastrau residential complex during MARCH-MAY period of time, thus reaching a sales rate of 90% of the total of 252 apartments of the project located on Sos. Nordului, in the French District (phase I) and at the same time, the start of the sales of the apartments from phase II.

 

The residential complex is developed by PSC Contractor & Developer, a member company of PSC Group, on an area of approximately 11,500 sqm, including in its first phase of construction 5 buildings (2S + DS + P + 5E), with an estimated delivery time for March 2021. The apartments have between 2 and 5 rooms, a usable height of 2.75 m, large glazed areas, premium and ultra-modern finishes. In the second phase of the project, PSC Contractor & Developer will build the 6th building, bringing an additional 50 apartments to the 252 in the first phase.

The entire WIN Herastrau residential complex offers customers a unique living experience, translated into good taste, modern architecture and a rich suite of facilities offered to the inhabitants of the complex: two levels of underground parking that provides parking spaces for owners and visitors, sports-fitness areas, indoor playground for children, beauty salon, area for dry cleaning services, car wash services area.
