Nusco City – the largest urban regeneration project in the North of the Capital – has reached a 75% sales rate for the second phase. The second phase of Nusco City started in the fall of 2023 and will deliver the first three blocks at the end of next year, out of the total seven blocks of this phase. At the moment, the construction schedule reached over 50%.

“The figures also show us in the second phase that our market is ready for such a complex product. We are enjoying a tremendous sales success of our large-scale project – Nusco City”, states Bogdan Iliescu – Commercial Director – Nusco Imobiliara.

Covering an area of 23 hectares, Nusco City will accommodate more than 4,000 apartments, parks, green areas, and infrastructure – which will cover approximately 40% of the entire project area – along with educational facilities, dedicated shopping areas, office areas, a hotel, and its own hospital.

“Nusco City is already becoming a reference project in the local market, with all the facilities it offers, being practically a city within a city. With every project we have developed, we have tried to add value. With this huge opportunity to develop a development of this size, we have brought in the globally recognized architectural firm – Fuksas Studio – to draw the broad master plan of Nusco City.

Of course, there is a lot of hard work and tremendous effort behind these results, and we are committed to continuous work on our projects. For example, the land on which Nusco City is being developed is an asset that has been in our portfolio since the 1990s, an asset that has been adapted and capitalized on at every moment of the local market. And for more than five years, we have been committed to designing a large-scale project – Nusco City – that will truly transform Romania’s capital”, states Michele Nusco Nusco, CEO – of Nusco Imobiliara.

This phase will be 828 units, including double studios, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive duplexes, in which the investment is estimated at more than €130m. The first phase of Nusco City delivered 622 new residences to the community.

Nusco City was launched in winter 2020 and delivered its first phase in Q2 2023. Pedro Construct is the constructor for the Nusco City project, while the real estate consultancy firm North Bucharest Investments is responsible for project sales.

Nusco Imobiliara is one of the most valuable real estate developers in Romania, and its portfolio includes projects such as Premio – a premium boutique residential complex; CITTA Park residential complex; Nusco Towers office building; Caramfil office building; Floreasca One office building; Floreasca Two office building; Pipera Commercial Park; Nusco City Phase 1; Nusco City Phase 2 – launched and under development; Nusco City Phase 3 – prepared for launch; and the ongoing development of the newest villa complex in the northern part of the capital – Nusco Homes.
