New 2 km road has been inaugurated in the North of the Capital

The local authorities of Tunari and the developer of the Cosmopolis complex have completed the construction works on the new road that connects the locality of Tunari to the largest retail park in the North of the Capital – Cosmopolis Plaza.

This new access road, with a length of 1.8 kilometers, is the result of a public-private urban planning coordination aimed at providing easy and fast access to the largest commercial area in the area.

The new road is equipped with one lane in each direction and is accessible to all residents of Tunari and neighboring localities who wish to shop at the stores in the Cosmopolis Plaza retail park, without having to pass through the Cosmopolis neighborhood. Work on this project began in September 2023 and was completed in a record time of only 6 months.

The nearly 2 km section inaugurated now is part of the future highway, which will connect, in the near future, the locality of Tunari and other neighboring localities directly to the A3 Motorway, via Cosmopolis Plaza.
