Global Investment Group is working on Global Residence Monolitului Project

Global Investment Group announces a new project under construction, Global Residence Monolitului, located one minute away from the Mihai Bravu metro station, with direct access to Peneș Curcanul and Monolitului streets.

 

The new development will be delivered in two phases: 94 apartments in 2022 and 146 apartments in 2023.

The project consists of three buildings, GF + 13, GF + 15 and GF + 18, and upon completion, the 18-storey building within Global Residence Monolitului will be the tallest residential tower in Sector 3, Bucharest. The residential development has a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments as well as penthouses on the top floors, which will offer a panoramic view of the Tineretului Park and the Văcărești Delta.

Located inside the central ring of the city, Global Residence Monolitului offers a qualitative project for young families looking for a modern home in Sector 3, being well connected to the facilities of the area: subway station, Tineretului & Delta Vacaresti parks, Lidl supermarket, Shopping Park Mihai Bravu, many kindergartens and schools.

The new construction provides an air-ride shelter, which will be executed at the second underground level with a surface of 504.97 sqm. Also a total number of 384 parking spaces will be build both underground and above ground, to serve the entire development. At the same time, the square between the three towers, will comprise a small green area and a playground for children.
