Crosspoint Real Estate, sales partner of Novum 56, the new residential project of Novum Business Invest

This autumn, Novum Business Invest launched the construction of a new residential compound in western Bucharest –  Novum 56 – a project with an estimated investment value of over 90 mil. Eur. The sales partner of the developer is Crosspoint Real Estate.

 

After a complex process of organizing the project, Crosspoint Real Estate started the sales of Novum 56 , located on Timișoara Boulevard, no. 56, from Bucharest.

I am sure that we will create here one of the most beautiful communities in the area, because we address both young people and families who want either a ne quality home or a complete housing upgrade “, said Oana Popescu, Associate Director, Residential Capital Markets, Crosspoint Real Estate, the consultant who will manage the sales of the project.

Novum 56 will be built in two main phases, and the first phase has a deadline for completion Q4 of 2022 and a project completion for sales in Q4 of 2023. The first phase will include a total of 704 apartments, of which 165 are studios, 396 are two-room apartments and 143 are three-room apartments, and a number of 867 parking spaces. The prices in Novum 56 start at 53,900 euros for studios, 76,900 euros for two-room apartments and 102,900 euros for three-room apartments, plus VAT. The entire project will offer its community a large park, dedicated to them, located right in front of the residential compound.
